By enrolling in our membership program you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. We reserve the right to verify your membership, at any time, using the contact information provided during enrollment. In the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, your account will be canceled immediately.
BILLING
By ordering a membership item, you are providing Celacor the authorization to automatically bill your credit card, for the purchase of membership items, plus the cost of shipping and handling. You agree to update your membership account with any change of address, phone and credit information, necessary for the processing of your order.
PayPal is not accepted against the purchase of membership items and Celacor will NOT be responsible for any customer fees incurred, due to the cancellation of a membership purchase through Pay Pal.
DELIVERY
Our default delivery schedule is every 30 days. Failure to specify delivery terms will result in a default schedule. To revise delivery terms, contact Customer Service no less than 10 business days, prior to your billing date.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Membership items are non-refundable. However, you may change your order, add an order, or cancel your agreement, at any time, without penalty. Simply contact Customer Service, no less than 10 business days, prior to your billing date.
DISCOUNTS & PRICING
As a Member, you lock in your special discount rate, at time of purchase. However, that does not mean you have locked in the purchase price. Should a price increase take place, you will be given the option to either cancel your current agreement (without penalty) or authorize a new agreement.
