Celacor offers a satisfaction guarantee policy and will gladly accepts returns for any Celacor product, provided Celacor is notified within 30 days of the DELIVERY date.

Membership purchases are non-refundable, only create an agreement for items previously purchased to ensure your complete satisfaction.  An exchange against defective or damaged merchandise may be requested, as indicated below.

Freight charges, including original and return shipping fees, are non-refundable and will not be applied to the exchange, store credit or refund amount, except as indicated below.

RETURN DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Defective or Damaged items may be returned for an even exchange, provided Celacor is notified within five (5) days of the DELIVERY date.  Buyer should contact the Celacor Billing Department to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).  Once an RMA# is assigned, Celacor will forward buyer a return-shipping label.  

A replacement order will automatically be processed, upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

RETURN COURIER DAMAGES
Courier Damage claims must be reported to Celacor within five (5) days of the DELIVERY date.  Damaged merchandise may be returned for an even exchange, and also require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).  Buyer should contact the Celacor Billing Department to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).  Once an RMA# is assigned, Celacor will forward buyer a return-shipping label.  

A replacement order will automatically be processed, upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

To request a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION, please follow the instructions below:
  • Complete the Request a Return Form or contact the Celacor Billing Department, and request a return merchandise authorization number
  • Place your item(s) in the original packaging (if available)
  • Attach the provided Celacor shipping label
  • Send your package as instructed

Any package received without a return merchandise authorization number will be refused and returned to sender.

RETURN REFUNDS, CREDITS AND EXCHANGES
Celacor will issue a full refund of the PURCHASE price, as outlined above, provided that the return is authorized within 30 days of the DELIVERY date.  If you are returning a gift, please contact the Celacor Billing Department, to arrange a refund in the form of store credit.  The credit may only be redeemed for the purchase of Celacor products, and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Celacor does not offer exchanges for returned products at this time, except as outlined above. 

Please note all refunds are processed upon receipt of return merchandise, and it may take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit buyer account, or issue a store credit.  To ensure a timely refund, please return merchandise immediately upon receipt of shipping label.  Buyer will be notified via e-mail once the return has been processed.
