DOMESTIC orders ship via USPS Priority, or UPS Ground. For shipments to a P.O. Box address, we offer USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
INTERNATIONAL orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International.
Celacor does NOT ship to APO or FPO addresses, at this time.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
All fees are calculated during checkout, based on product weight and delivery zone.
GENERAL DELIVERY TIMES
Orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected within 1 business day of the SHIP date.
BUSINESS DAYS
Celacor business days are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., excluding federal holidays within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
If for any reason, there is a delay in processing your order, you will be contacted by e-mail.
DOMESTIC orders placed between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 3-5 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business day Friday.
INTERNATIONAL order placed between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 5-7 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business day Friday.
Occasionally some items may fall on temporary backorder. If this should be the case, you will be notified and given the option to either cancel your order or accept delivery from our next production lot. In this situation, please allow 2-4 weeks for DELIVERY of your order, unless otherwise specified.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we offer USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
TAX INFORMATION
Celacor charges New York State sales tax.
